Robert S "Rob" Proescher

Rob Proescher, 42, of Baltimore County, Maryland, passed away on November 17, 2023, in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on July 10, 1981, in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Rob, also known as Rob, was a vibrant and adventurous individual. He served in the US Marine Corps for 8 years, showcasing his high energy and love for thrill. Rob had a great passion for music and was a talented singer and musician. He enjoyed attending music festivals, where he could fully immerse himself in the joy of music. Rob was also a skilled cook and had a deep appreciation for good food. He cherished his family and friends, as well as his furry companions. Rob had a free-spirited nature and was known for his intelligence and spiritual outlook on life. He was never one to follow rules but instead danced to the beat of his own drum. Sports were another interest that brought him joy.

Rob is survived by his mother, Kathleen M Cunzeman, and stepfather, Brian Canoles Sr. He is also survived by his uncle Bruce Proescher, uncle Jay Proescher, aunt Mary Crouse, and cousins Valentine Crouse, Alex Proescher, Eric Proescher, and Laura Proescher. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert W. Proescher, and stepfather, John Cunzeman. Rob was also preceded in death by his grandparents Irvin and Eileen Ohler, John and Margaret Proescher, and his great-grandmother Mary T. Burker.

In terms of education, Rob attended Middlesex Primary School and Kenwood High School. He furthered his education at CCBC.

After his military service, Rob worked at Outback for 11 years before pursuing a career in home improvements, where he was self-employed.

A Private Celebration of Life will be planned for Rob in 2024. He has been cremated, and his remains will be interred at a Veteran's Cemetery in Maryland.
