Robert Erskine Reeves III MACON, Ga. -- Services for Robert Erskine Reeves, III, 45, will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2016, at Francis Burns United Methodist Church, Columbia, SC, with interment to follow at Memorial Gardens of Columbia, 9301 Wilson Boulevard. Mr. Reeves will be placed for public viewing from 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. at Francis Burns. He may also be viewed from 1-8 p.m. Friday at the Palmer Memorial Chapel, Columbia. The family visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Francis Burns United Methodist Church Music Ministry, 5616 Farrow Road, Columbia, SC, 29203. Robert Erskine Reeves, III, affectionately known as Bobby or Big Bob, was a lifelong member of Francis Burns UMC; he was a graduate of Keenan High School in 1988. Bobby attended North Carolina A&T University and South Carolina State University, where he continued as a defensive lineman. Surviving are his parents, Robert and Lizzie Reeves of Columbia; a sister, Robin N. Reeves of Washington, DC; a maternal grandmother, Lillie P.
