Robert "Bob" Rogel

age 75, born 03/15/1947, passed away 08/20/2022. Robert "Bob" Rogel, 75, of West Farmington, formerly from Solon, passed away at UH Geauga Hospital on August 20, 2022. Bob was born March 15,1947 the son of the late Henry and Elizabeth Rogel, in Euclid, Ohio. He graduated from Solon High School and went to work at his family manufacturing business moving up through the company to General Manager of Industrial Castings, LLC. Bob was married to his first wife, Janice having two children, before her untimely death. Bob married Kathy (Musil) December 6, 1997, and had many happy memories with their combined families. Bob retired to his West Farmington home and began RHL Farms with his sister Linda Evans, raising alpacas, llamas and even "Cammie" the camel. Bob hosted an annual clambake for many years and was an important part of the West Farmington Community participating on local community boards. He became an integral part of the West Farmington Senior Center as the President, volunteering his time and advocating for the people of the community. He adored his children and his grandchildren and loved to spend time with them. Bob was always appreciative for a good prank or joke. Bob will be sadly missed by his loving wife Kathy, his daughter Kelly (Jeff) Mueller, son Joe (Karen) Rogel, step-son Sean (Colleen) Fleming, sister Linda (John) Evans, grandchildren Skylar, Charlie, Justin, Henry, nephew Aaron Ramey, and many cousins and friends. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, a brother William, and his first wife Janice. Calling hours will be held Thursday August 25, 2022 one hour prior to mass from 10:00am till 11:00am at St Williams Catholic Church, 5411 Mahoning Avenue, NW, Warren, Ohio 44483.
