Scott Dean Engfer born October 21, 1956, in Parkers Prairie. Left us on September 10, 2025, at the age of 68. Scott called Litchfield home, where his spirit and laughter touched many.
Scott was never one to shy away from a good joke, always had stories to tell, projects to talk about and a laugh to share. He was a man who found his passion at the racetrack, not just managing it, but truly living it. Scott had many skills, a talent of creating and fixing many things. The track wasn't just his workplace, it was his second home, a place where he built lifelong friendships an unforgettable memory.
Scott's legacy will live on in the stories he shared and the laughter he inspired.
Scott is survived by his loving wife Debra, who stood by his side through every twist and turn through life's race; his son Travis and his wife Nikki, who carries on his father's passion for life and storytelling; grandsons: Brandon, Austin, Chayton and Prestin; brother Rodney and his wife Liz.; sister Joyce and her husband Bill Tomasulo; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
