Condolences to all the family. Bob was one of my best friends in high school, and we participated in many sports together. He was always a great teammate. I was able to visit with him once in Latrobe when I was there for a summer workshop on the chemistry of pollution. I really enjoyed visiting with him when he was back for our high school reunions.

Bob was one of the kindest and most generous persons I've ever known. Worked close with Bob many years at Elliott and taught me a great deal of knowledge from his long years of experience. Played golf with him as well in many drafting outings. He will truly be missed. RIP Bob!!

Thinking of you, Marilyn and Richard, and all of Bob's family. Haven't known Bob well since high school, only seeing him briefly at home town gatherings in Iowa. Sounds like he was the kind of guy we would all want to have around and left an admirable legacy.

My condolences to you Marilyn and your family. Didn't know Bob but it sounds like he was a very multi tasking, talented work related person and he gave time helping those less fortunate. A brother to be proud of. My deepest sympathy, Diane Davidson,

I remember Bob as a great high school basketball player in our hometown of Brooklyn Iowa. Bob and his sister Marilyn, my classmate, were both great basketball players, and class leaders. My Condolences and Sympathy to the family.

With our deepest sympathy Pam and family - Bob was one of the most kindest individuals that we have ever met - always ready to lend a helping hand. He always had a smile on his face and would say things to put a smile on yours. Truly believe that his motto was to make people smile everyday and that made him happy. Wonderful neighbor who will truly be missed! God Bless you and your family.
