my uncle was the type of person who lit up every room he walked into - always joking around and recounting crazy stories no one else would be able to tell. one of my favorite memories with uncle jason was back in 2013, my dad and i went to watch the super bowl at his place with my cousins and his roommate. during the game he would start chanting, "NIIIINERRRSSS!" and i feel like that encapsulated the type of person jason was. he loved so passionately, but was also a total goofball.
growing up super close to jes and jojo allowed me to see firsthand just how much he loved his daughters. they were his life. he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure they were happy even when times were tough. a part of jason will always live through my cousins and i hope you two know just how loved you were by your dad.
i´ll always miss you uncle jason, but i know you´re out there somewhere skydiving or watching sunday night football rest easy.

Jason was my cousin, and I honestly hadn't seen him since I was in high school ( late 80's), but I always remember I drove him over to our aunt and uncles house and he had me cracking up the whole way. He always had us laughing. I'm adding a couple of pictures that were sent to my parents when Jason was much much younger

I will always picture Jason sitting on the front porch, book and cup of coffee in hand. Peace be with you.

I know Robert's mother and sister, Melinda, and their families, so I'm extending my heartfelt sympathies to them. With such a family, he has to have been a great guy. Thinking of you all.

My dad was such a character. Always so full of life and laughter. Never serious always cracking jokes. He knew how to make everyone around him laugh but then you´d end up laughing at his laugh. He was always trying to help all of those around him even if they didn´t want it. His legacy will live on throughout my sister and I. I love him so much. Rest easy dad

I am so sorry for all of those who loved Jason. He was kind and funny and he had a big impact on me as a teenager. I hadn't kept in close contact with him, but I talked to him last time I was in CA. He was just as awesome as I remembered. He will be missed in this world.
