Robert (Bob) J. Rowlands Jr., aged 95, passed away on February 7, 2026, in Phoenix, AZ. Born on February 1, 1931, Robert led a life marked by dedication to his profession and a deep love for his family.

Bob spent his early education at Rifle Elementary School and Rifle High School before earning an AA in Accounting from Mesa University in Grand Junction. His professional journey included significant roles as a Regional Sales Manager at Eutectic Welding Company and a Warehouse Supervisor at Hecla Mining Company, where he was respected for his work ethic and leadership.

Bob was a member of North Baptist Church in Ft. Worth Texas.

Robert's personal interests included rope climbing, working on cars and helping his sons and other youth along the way. These hobbies provided him not only with leisure but also an avenue to share moments with friends and family, whom he cherished deeply.

He is survived by his sons, Michael, Russ (Joe), and Ryan Rowlands. Robert was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Jane Rowlands, and son, Robert J. Rowlands III.

A service to celebrate Robert's life will be held at Clifton Funeral Home, 3196 Mesa Ave., Grand Junction, CO, 81504. His life was one of impactful simplicity, commitment to his loved ones, and a steadfast work ethic. He will always be known for his great personality and smile and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
