Robert C. "Bobby" Sansone

"Remembering Bobbie Sansone"? That would imply he's been forgotten, and that is simply not the case. No, people like Bobby are far and few between, and will not be forgotten but remembered - forever. And to his family, know for sure, that you're not the only ones who miss Bobby and think of him often!

We were so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We always looked forward to working with him at St. Vincent's every 4th Sunday. We were shocked to hear the news. What a wonderful person he was and loved by so many. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My deepest condolences to Terri, MaryAnne, the boys and their wives. Bobby was a long time friend and words cannot express my deep sorrow or how sorely he will be missed. Especially at evening mass where I could always look across the pew and see him there in deep prayer, our short chat and big hug after mass. Hope you and Dickie are together again.

Shocked and saddened to learn of Bobby's passing. So many fond memories from the lake! What a great and honorable man. I take solace in the fact that we will all be united someday. You could not say enough good about Bobby. As great of a labor leader as he was it paled in comparison to the type of person he was. An honest man of extraordinary character who never met a stranger will be missed on earth but forever blessed in heaven.

On behalf of the Slay family from Slays Restaurant of years past where Bobbie would have lunch & hold court with those from the likes of locals 1, 110, 396 562 etc; we share in your sorrow and grieve for your loss. Bobbie was more than a customer, he was a friend, a mentor and a perfect example of how people should be treated with respect and best wishes for their success both in work and with family. Please accept our most heartfelt sympathy and know that we will always remember Bobbie and keep him in our prayers and in our conversation whenever talk turns to ". . . the days of auld lang syne."

So sorry to learn of the family's loss. I remember Mr. Sansone from my CBC high school days when his son Joe and I used to hang out. My hope is that the family will carry on his spirit and influence so that he may always be remembered and to impact others in the future.

bobby was someone who no matter what your problem was he was always there to lend a helping hand.
He was such a down to earth guy.

Terri and Family - sorry for your loss. Bobby was a great help to me at the beginning of my career and I have thought about him often over the years; and will continue to do so. Bobby was a great labor leader and a great Teamster. I am proud to have worked with him.

Bob was a stalwart at CBC, playing football and soccer. RIP, Brother!
