I just learned about Bob's passing today and I am writing to extend my condolences to his family. I worked with Bob for many years at HHS and often delighted in his stories, knowledge of history and world culture and of course is joyful sense of humor. He will be missed.

I only met Bob in 2017 but was impressed by his knowledge, friendly demeanor, sincerity and love for his family. He was one of the good guys. I am very sorry for your loss.

My condolences for Bob's passing. I was able to work a few months with him and found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, kind and devout. It's such shocking news to hear this so soon after his retirement. My prayers for the family's healing and comfort during this time of mourning.

It's so hard to believe that Bob, whom I referred to as "my brother from another mother," and with whom I shared the same birthday, is no longer with us. He recently extended an invitation to get together so that I could meet his wife after she arrives, which I was really looking forward to. He often told me that we had a lot in common, but I didn't agree. However, we shared a lot of laughs, despite our different backgrounds and political differences. Bob was such a good guy that I could see past our differences and also excuse his love of classical music and his corny jokes. Rest in Peace, my dear brorher.
