Robert Shaw Obituary
August 20, 1924 – November 3, 2012
Bob left the world November 3rd, 2012 with his family by his side. Heaven just got a little more awesome 'cause Bob Shaw has arrived. He is survived by his wife, Ollie, children Darlene (Bob) and Shelly; Grandchildren Kim (Greg), Tammy (Ralph) and Theresa, and five great- grandchildren. There will be a Celebration of Life for Bob on Saturday, November 10th, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, BC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #148.

We will truly miss Uncle Bob.
We will always remember his smile, his enjoyment of Keno at the special table in Brentwood Mall, his love of a steak and beer, his asking how our daughter was "How's shorty doing?", his love for his wife and family.
John 14:1-4 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.”
We will treasure the good memories in our days.

We will truly miss Uncle Bob. His smile, his excitement with Keno at his table at Brentwood Mall, his wisdom, his love of a steak and beer, his interesting stories and his love for his wife and family. I can still remember him asking how our daughter was "How's shorty doing"? His heart was always full of love and compassion.

for his name's sake.

We pray for comfort during this time for Auntie Ollie and the family. May God bring the good memories to fill the hard times.
