A good man! Worked hard as Mayor and always a supporter of the Matawan First Aid Squad. Bob and Rita were always fun and a positive force in Matawan.

Cori, Erica, & Family. I am so sorry of the loss of your dad or as we called him Uncle Bob & Aunt Rita. Not sure quite how that happened. But it stuck. Lol. I hope that you hold onto all of the memories. He was such a wonderful man He was so happy when I spoke with him at your wedding in length, he was so excited for you, that you were so happy, & took such fatherly pride & love walking you down to marry John. And he shared with me Aunt Rita would have been so happy and he felt she was there & missed her. We shared some of these funny stories of the times past and it just made me think of how tight friendships can be, and how it came from the parents side of that friendship. Our lives were fun it was one of my favorite times in my life. One of the memories is when you all went to Disneyland and you brought me back a stuffed animal "Eyor" from Winnie the Pooh land. I held on to that stuffed animal and my children had that animal in their toy pile. It was just one of those memories that always made me think of your family and so with that coming from "Winnie the Pooh land" I'd like to end by saying a quote .

If there ever comes a day when we can't be together.
Keep me in your heart.
I'll stay there forever
