I was Bob´s Secretary in Frankfort, Ky. I even baby sat for his chilfren a couple of times. He dictated his Planmng and -Zoning Plan for Frankfort at that time. He was a very kind man, a very loving family man. I´m sure he will be missed by all who knew him.
