Our sympathy to Phiiippa, Susan, Andy, Sarah and Tiger. We have fond memories of caring for you while your mom and dad were on vacation. I cherish the time I spent as Dr. Sollars nurse in the Medical Arts Building in Regina

Many fond memories of our neighbours and friends, Bob and Patti. Lots of joyous " candle- lite dinners" , Sunday excursions to the Victoria Symphony, jaunts into the Okanagan, and tours of the orchids Bob loved to show off.. I knew Bob and Patti, his loving wife of over 20 years, only in their retirement years in Sidney BC and found Bob to be warm, kind and full of humour. He is missed.

Deepest condolences. Dr. Sollars brought me into the world in 1959. I know my parents thought highly of him.

Our family has fond memories of Dr. Sollars, a wonderful man and Dr. He delivered myself and 3 siblings in Radville Sask. I was such a frequent visitor to that hospital that I called him daddy, lol. Our heartfelt sympathies to your family from ours.

I was one of the last, if not the last, surgical patient of Dr. Sollars in Regina. So grateful for his compassion and humor. I still believe he was my life saver.

I was fortunate to have the expert skills of Bob for surgery while living in SK. However, my fondest memories of Bob are when he became my neighbour and fellow board member in North Saanich/Sidney. His legendary dinner parties, his guidance, and his unique sense of humour are the fond memories I have of Bob as a friend. He was one of a kind and truly lead a remarkable life. He will be missed.

Dr. Sollars was a kind and gentle man who always had time to listen to your concerns.I had a difficult delivery with my son, without Dr. Sollars I would have lost him. It was such a pleasure and an honor to have known him.

Dr. Sollars always took great pleasure in singing " pretty Polly Perkins from Paddington Square " to me while we were getting ready for surgery. Wonderful man who loved life.

I worked with your Dr Sollars at the RGH for years. His theatre was the one we all wanted to be in! Those were the days we would flip a coin to see who won the scrub with him! We loved him very much! A memorable smile and laugh. The world has lost a good one. In sympathy Myrna Pugh (Hanson)

Dr Solllars was a wonderful doctor and delivered all of my four children under difficult situation! My fondness memory is of Dr Sollars sing the Unicorn Song as he brought our first daughter into this world! That and his ever present clogs! A great man who lived a long life! God Bless
