Robert Stonecipher
October 27, 1980 - November 15, 2022
Mansfield, Texas - Robert Justin Stonecipher was born on October 27, 1980 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
He spent his early childhood in Wichita Falls and Burkburnett. Robert graduated in May 1999 from Burkburnett High School. He went on to attend Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Mr. Stonecipher began his career in sales in January of 2006 as an Account Executive at TransWestern Publishing.
Mr. Stonecipher met his wife, Mindy, in Wichita Falls in May 2006. Robert and
Mindy were married on May 6, 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada with friends and family present.
He graduated with his MBA from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City Utah in 2016. Robert served as a den leader alongside his son, Connor, for BSA Pack 1993 in Mansfield, Texas from 2016 to 2021. In 2021 Mr. Stonecipher joined BSA Troop 215, in Mansfield, when his son crossed over to Scouts.
Mr. Stonecipher passed away in a tragic accident on US Highway 287S in Bowie, Texas on November 15, 2022.
Robert Justin Stonecipher is survived by his wife, Mindy Stonecipher of Mansfield, Texas, daughter, Kaitlyn Stonecipher, 24, of Fort Worth; daughter, Kristin Stonecipher 23, of Houston; son, Connor Stonecipher, 12, of Mansfield, and son, Ethan Stonecipher, 19, of Ore City. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Joe Stonecipher, Sr., of Wichita Falls.
A private memorial service was held at 1 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale, Texas for Robert's family and friends. A private event will be held in Wichita Falls, Texas at a later date. Flowers may be sent to Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale. Memorial contributions may be made to BSA Troop 215 in Mansfield, Texas.
