Robert Lee Stonecipher also known as "Syco Bob", an artist and U.S. Army veteran, passed away on December 31, 2024, in San Luis Obispo, California. He was 68 years old. Born on March 24, 1956, in San Diego California, Robert was a man of many talents and passions. He spent many years on the Big Sur Coast. He served with honor in the United States Army. After his military service, Robert settled in San Luis Obispo, where he embraced the beauty of the Central Coast and spent many years pursuing his creative and personal interests. He is survived by his three sons. He is also survived by his brothers and sister, Daniel Worley (Maryann Distefano) of New Jersey; Doug Vargo of San Diego, CA, and Joyce Rooks of Georgia; as well as many other family members and friends.
