Dear Family,

We are so sorry for your loss. We both worked with Bob for over 30 years at the Oxford Middle School. He was a wonderful friend and teacher and we shared many a laugh and good times. We will never forget that when we retired, Bob sought us out and spoke with both of us and we shared memories of the "good old days"...may he be at peace and hope your memories of him will sustain you during this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was my 6th grade teacher at Oxford Middle School back in 1969/1970. He had so many creative ways of teaching! I still remember the unit on Greek Mythology! He made everything so interesting. I was then hired to teach music at the Middle School in 1980, so I had the pleasure of knowing him as a student and then as a fellow teacher. Bob was a great teacher and such a nice person. He will be missed by all who knew him. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

So very sorry to learn of this unexpected and tragic loss. Please know that I am thinking of you, and be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Israel.

Bob was an important part of the JCC fitness community. Seeing Bob at the J was always a "pick-me-up." Smart, funny, and easy to talk to. He loved his family. He loved life. He will be sorely missed.

Barbara and Family,
I was saddened to hear about Bobby's passing. I got to know him when he was a softball umpire with the Mac-Ben league back in the 80s and 90s. He had a great sense of humor and sarcastic wit. Unlike some of the umpires, he even got most of the calls right. He will be missed by many.

Later in life I ran into your husband and we were talking I mentioned I was from Holden one thing led to another and I mentioned your maiden name to him He asked if I liked you as s teacher. ITS a good thing I did because he only after told me that was his wife. I'm sure he will be greatly
