Robert Ransom TAIT

Robert was one of the most generous people I know. When I moved to Maryland to attend Graduate School at the University of Maryland, Robert and his wife Sibi were my home-away-from-home family. I loved nothing better, in later years, to take Robert saltines without salt and coca cola! He did so much for me by way of moral support that I know I cannot repay him.

What a very special man, over our years of having him in our life he simply fitted in & we so enjoyed his views & courage & friendship. Hard to grasp he's no longer as close as our phone....
