Dear Robin
I should have introduced myself to you before sending my note. My 4 siblings and I grew up on the same street with your Dad. Our parents were close friends who attended UW football together and traveled to Mexico in the 60's when it was just getting to be a vacation destination for lots of Americans. We also lost both our parents when we were all in our twenties and teens so I know how very hard this time must be for you. Plse reach out to everyone you love for comfort and company. It will make a huge difference in your healing. My deep condolences, prayers and thoughts are with you.

Dear Chris,
I was SO sorry to read of Rob's illness and death. What a tragedy for you all. My heartfelt condolences. Life on 35th Ave seems (and was!) so very long ago now. I sent the link to all my siblings. Brother John who lives in San Diego said he had run into Rob a few times up here in Seattle when he was visiting and Rob always remembered him. Plse give our love to your Dad. He's an incredible survivor!
love, Buffi
