Xander Davis could always hug pastor Bob and was loved by him so tenderly.
He will always be part of our St. Peter's life.

Truly a bright light that shined on all of us when he would come to our center to get his medical treatment. He made friends and gave strength to so many with his kind words and lovely ways. We always loved his hat!! Such a special person. I will miss him. I'm sorry Ann. Your friend and his nurse..Karen Grimm

Dearest Ann and family, What a blessing Fr. Bob was to Andy and me!!! He spoke often of eternal things, his family, his love of people, and always his passion of spreading the gospel. He took every opportunity to show Christ. I remember a time when he was receiving a blood transfusion while in the hospital, and he starting singing(we all know of his beautiful, deep bellowing voice) the song, "There's power in the blood" That was SO Fr. Bob!!!! Love,Andy & Marilyn

I am very sad to say good-bye to Father Bob and feel very fortunate to have had him in my life. The world benefited from such a kind, gentle, and intelligent man-- I know I did. He had this incredible ability to place his hand on my shoulder to comfort me, while simultaneously making me laugh and strongly challenging me on my life choices and direction, without being too judgmental. How many people can do all of those things in one gesture accented by a couple of sentences? I'm rather certain that many people he encountered felt that same way. Many of us were strangers to him when we first experienced it. That was the brilliance of Robert Weeks.

I will miss his voice the most. That voice comforted me many times during my voyage from 14 to 41.

To his family: I hope you know I love you all. I'm so glad I met you and that I was able to enjoy and benefit from the man who meant so much to you. I wish I could take the pain away yet recognize that you are a resilient, amazing bunch of people.

His laugh was infectious and it came from the bottom of his belly. He had the biggest and most loving heart. Xander would hug his leg as a child and this brought much joy to Father Bob.
We will miss him and Heaven is receiving another angel.
