I sent Bob an email probably a week ago, as I hadnt had any recent emails from him. Now I know why. I knew Bob thru LL. (Sorry). Bob had a heart bigger than this world. While I hadnt seen him in way too long, we stayed in touch via email. May he Rest In Peace. The world lost a champion for our Veterans.

I had the pleasure of serving Mr. Weinshenker at Missouri Athletic Club.I told him we'll see you when we re-open. It's the final time I would see him. My deepest condolences to his family.

Bob, Barry and I went to Soldan High School and we all worked after school at the Cabanne Branch Library. I remember those days well. Rest in peace Bob.

Jane and I will never forget our Best Man, because we carry his memory in our hearts. He was a kind and generous man, with a great sense of humor. He was an Veteran who went to greet his fellow soldiers at the airport (Honor flights). Bob sense of humor was depicted even on this obituary: "Those that knew me know all about me, my achievements and my accomplishments. For those did not, well, too bad." Robert M. Weinshenker Bob was a veteran, patriot; and supported his President.

I've known Bob since Hebrew School. Although I've lived in Florida for almost sixty years, we've remained in touch sharing the same cards on our birthdays. I'm shocked at his passing as he seemed invincible. Always admired his strong political views. Will really miss him.
