Of Middleton, formerly of Revere, age 67, February 20, 2013. Founder & owner of Carpets Unlimited, Inc., a floor contracting company which has served New England for over 30 years. Beloved husband of 43 years to Trudy I. (Permatteo) Wirwicz, loving father of Derek Wirwicz & his wife, Maria of Merrimac, Jill Eberhardt & her husband, Joseph of Middleton, Jarrod Wirwicz & his wife, Danielle of Middleton, seven grandchildren, Tyler, Fallon, Finn, Camron, Aaron, Matthew & Jesse and awaiting an eighth grandchild in April of 2013 Gianna Wirwicz, brother of Virginia Beaton & her late husband, John of Billerica. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 40 Grove St., Lynnfield, Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 10 a.m. Relatives & friends invited. Visiting hours in the Campbell - Lee, Moody, Russell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly (North Beverly location) Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Robert's memory to the International Mesothelioma Program, Development Office, 116 Huntington Ave. 5th Fl., Boston, MA 02116 or www.imp.meso.org. Dad,
I cannot believe it has been a year since you have been gone. I miss you so much and would give anything to spend just one more day with you.
I still lie awake at night thinking about you and every morning sitting in my office. I didn't think that I could make it a year without you but here I am. I continue to tell Gianna everyday what an amazing man you were. Although you never met her, I will make sure she knows all about you and the impact you have made on all of our lives. I know you are forever watching over her.

Dad, you were my best friend. You were the first phone call I made every morning. I looked for you for advice on everything I did, in and out of work. A man who had an answer for any question I ever had. You never worried about anything until you had too. You taught me how to run a business and how to treat my wife and family, to live in the moment and cross roads only when I came upon them. You were the smartest and strongest man I will ever know and I miss you already. I know you fought your hardest to stay alive to meet Gianna and I wish you made it but I know she forever has an angel watching over her in every move she makes. I promise I will tell her all about you and make her understand the kind of man you were.
Danielle, Gianna and I will love you forever until we all meet again. Rest in peace Dad, as I know you are watching over us to guide us through life like you always have. We love you!

Tom and I have spent some memorable occasions with the Wirwicz family. Our kids grew up together and Bob and Trudy were one of the families that we most admired. He was such a wonderful family man and friend. We kept in touch with Bob , over the years. He would always come by to replace a carpet or we would see him somewhere in the city. We will always remember him fondly and our love and prayers go out to Trudy and her wonderful family. We love you all as we did Bob.
