Heartfelt condolenses to Robin's family. We will miss him dearly. All our fond memories of talks and jokes and listening to his exquisite playing while in his studio in Margaree while son Findlay was having his lessons. This tribute poem was written for Robin to commemorate our son's graduation.

Our deepest sympathies and heartfelt prayers go out to all of Robin's family and close friends. We were neighbours in Saskatoon, visited him in Cape Breton, and experienced first hand his many kindnesses. We join the many who were so blessed to have being touched by his wonderful talents as an extraordinary musician and a gourmet cook. Robin worked very hard and he was indeed one of those special people who freely shared his love with many in the world.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Our father had a remarkable life and was lucky in many respects. He died peacefully with my brother Paul and me, and his wife Rachel, at his bedside on May 19th. Thanks to Bonnie Nicholson for putting together the concert and reception in his memory.

Sincere sympathies to the Harrison family. I appreciated all the caring instruction and mentoring during my piano lessons with Robin. I believe I was too young at the time to truly understand what a great opportunity it was. I'm sorry to hear of his passing.

He was my mentor, teacher and friend while I completed my Bachelor of Music Performance degree over 30 years ago. I will never forget his kindness, expertise and knowledge. I learned so much from him. He was a master teacher and will be missed by so many of his students.
