Dear Aurora, Jade, Pierre, Shane, Elliot and Rose;

It was our great privilege to have known Robin. So vivacious, warm, engaging, yet so down to earth - who welcomed and cared for us as family as soon as we met. We loved visiting with Robin whenever she came to Toronto - usually for Elliot´s or Rose´s birthdays, creating magical celebrations with her own unique flair.

Robin´s loss was sudden and heartbreaking to all who loved her. Our deepest sympathies always, and hoping you will be comforted by her many special memories that will live on forever.

One of my favorite Robin memories is when she called me at the Toronto office to tell me she was standing with my Mom at the Calgary airport. What? They had never met, how did that come to be? I had only been working for ELC a short time and I had given my Mom a Clinique Tote - well Robin saw a woman with said tote, walking in the opposite direction. She turned on her heel and chased her down! The tote wasn't available to buy so Robin knew that she must have worked for Clinique or had some affiliation. Robin called me immediately so they both say hello. My Mom nearly missed her flight because they were chatting like old friends. This one little story illustrates Robin to her core - her passion for Clinique, her ability to connect with people, to make others feel special, and her fierce determination. She was an absolute force and unforgettable. Sending heartfelt condolences to the family during this difficult time.

No one that ever met Robbie could forget her. Her joy, pleasure in making others feel welcomed and respected and her bright laugh made her memorable. We will all miss her. I´m fortunate our paths crossed. Best to Pierre, Aurora, Jade, Elliot, Rose and Shane. Robbie, you were loved.

I´ve been thinking so much about Robin since this summer. It´s heartbreaking how quickly everything moved from diagnosis to saying goodbye.

I remember Robin giving me my first job as a consultant at the clinic counter. I´m pretty sure I was the youngest consultant the clinic had ever hired, but Robin was determined for me. :)

I remember Robin being the life of our parties with her beautiful, big smile, red lipstick, and loud, fun personality.

I was always amazed by how creative and artistic Robin and Pierre were when designing the beach house. It looked like the coziest, most perfect place to stay.

In the last few years, I often thought about how happy she looked with Elliot and Rose in all of Aurora´s Instagram stories-the effort Robin and Pierre made to bring the magic when they visited. The perfectly designed strawberry patch enclosure they built from found materials. Setting up a tent because Rose was excited to camp for the first time. Her big smile, shining bright, and pure joy in her eyes.

Robin will leave such a hole in the hearts of everyone who was lucky enough to know her.

We have to fill that space with our best stories about Robin and keep sharing her spirit together.

Jim and I are heartbroken by your loss and we send our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We can find no words of comfort for such a huge loss and are so very sorry. The obituary captures what an amazing woman Robin was. Please accept our heartfelt condolences. We are thinking of you and your whole family at this sad time.
