One of the finest men I had the pleasure of working with! As a young teacher, I learned so much from him.

I have very fond memories of Mr Rush. He supervised my initial student teaching through Fresno State many many years ago. I remember he was knowledgeable, supportive, and he made us hand write every assignment in D´Nealian cursive!

Every once in awhile you have an instructor that has a life changing affect upon you. Robin Rush was one of those people. A truly great person. It was a privilege to be coached and mentored by him. He will be greatly missed.

I was on the '66 and '67 Hoover team. He taught us to look like Champions and act like it. Still use what I was taught today. Class guy.

I would like to extend my condolences to the family.
I recall being a student at Fresno High School when he was a coach and teacher?
I later worked with him at Hoover High School in athletics!
He supported our water polo program and was always willing to work with people to expedite resolutions to a situation successfully.
He had a successful career and always set the bar high.

I attended the 7th grade at Bullard High School when it was part of the Bullard Unified School District, then returned for grades 9-12. Although I ran track and only made it to B & JV Football, Coach Rush was a presence in my whole scholastic & athletic career by his presence, his support, and his meaningful direction of students to achieve their goals. As a fellow Fresno State and Pacific graduate, thank you for a lifetime of support and R.I.P. Coach Rush.

My husband and I knew Coach Rush from Hoover High. My husband Jeff remembers coaches Rush and Hannah, from his athletic classes. We read about all of his amazing life endeavors, and felt joy in knowing about his very fulfilling life. Prayers for Coach Robin Rush, continuing in his eternal life, and in reuniting with his wife, Jody. Prayers for all of his family members, and friends.
