Myrtle Beach
Dane Michael Rebochak, 27, of Myrtle Beach died May 2.
He is survived lovingly by his mother, Rebecca, of Windber, PA and sister, Tori, of Little River, SC. He is preceded in death by his beloved father, Michael. Dane is also survived by his "Aunt Gail and Cooker" of Windber PA, cousins Julia Overfield of Long Beach, MS, Lisa Perez Barnes of Windber, PA; Ruth, second mom to Tori & Dane, and such wonderful family spanning the country.
Dane adored his family and friends, loved walking on the beach with his girlfriend Lauren and while it's said about many, his smile and sense of humor truly could brighten a room. He turned strangers into friends and so many of them he called his brothers. He called them "survivors" after all they had been through together. He will truly be missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm on Monday, May 6 at Lee Funeral Home in Little River, SC with a reception to follow at Jay's in Little River.
