Rodney Patterson Obituary
Rodney Calvin Patterson, 66, of Batesville passed from this life on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
He was born in Marianna, Arkansas on December 31, 1956, to L.C. and Mary Norene (Tilley) Patterson.
Rodney was a member of the Living Waters Ministries Church in Desha. He was retired from Conagra Foods. Rodney enjoyed attending church and watching Christian movies and Westerns. He also liked to find a good fishing hole and spend the day on the water. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, and uncle who loved to visit with his family at their yearly family reunions.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Dianne Patterson of the home; his sons, Adam Patterson (Stephanie) of Farmington, Arkansas, and Philip Patterson (Kayla) of Tyler, Texas; his sisters, Sheila Canard (Michael) of Ida and Rhonda K. James of Pangburn; two grandchildren, Jadence Patterson and Zion Patterson; and several nieces and nephews.
Public visitation will be Monday, April 17, from 5-7 p.m. at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel. A private service will be held on Tuesday.
