Roger Cell Obituary

Roger D. Rocky Cell, 50, Topeka, died Thursday, August 31, 2006 at a local hospital. Rocky was born October 4, 1955 in Topeka, the son of Guy F. and Ruth Kelly Cell. He attended Topeka schools and was an electrician. Survivors include his daughter; Erin N. Cell, Littleton, CO; his mother, Ruth Kelly Weed, Topeka; a brother, Alan G. Cell and wife, Debby, Meriden, and a number of cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Guy F. Cell and step-father, Dudley Weed. Rocky was cremated and Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at West Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oakland United Methodist Church, 801 NE Chester, Topeka, Kansas 66616 or a charity of the donors choice. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is assisting the family. A special message for the family can be left online at www.PenwellGabel.com

My Dear Rocky, I'm so sad that I will not see your face when I come back to Topeka!! We had some great times together & triva questions always.
To his family & friends, who will miss him, my heatfelt sympathy.

We are so sadden to hear of Rocky passing. He was a good friend for many years. I have so many memories, the good time we all had, camping ,fishing, and hunting. I will miss his phone calls to anwser his trivia ??s.

Our prayers are with his mother, brother and daughter. If there is anything we can do please call..
