Wow I can´t believe you´re gone. The years have gone by but the memories will always be here. You were always like a big brother to me growing up.. I was always so proud to say that´s my cousin out there when you were on the football field. We didn´t get to see each other often only at family reunions but each time added more memories.. love you and gonna miss you cuz

Love ya,
Debi

Dear Grandpa,
All I can say is thank you. I wish I had the courage to say all of this while you were here but, thank you for showing me every single day for my entire life what it means to be a selfless and accountable person. Thank you for always without hesitaion playing whatever role was necessary in my life. Thank you for babysitting me and my countless cousins so that our parents could go to work and able to spend priceless quality time with you. Thank you for introducing me to my love for softball and taking me to my first little league try out. Thank you for taking me to the ball fields morning, noon, & night & making me run laps around the field. Thank you for always making me feel like the most important person in the world & for spoiling me with fancy dinners on softball weekends and surprise bat and glove purchases. Thank you for serving and fighting for our country and words are incapable of deserving the level of gratitude and admiration I have for you. To be 18 years old and make the courageous decision to volunteer to serve your country in Vietnam and then 60 years later pass away from agent orange. All around, you are my hero. I´m so blessed to have been your granddaughter and I will spend the rest of my life trying to be like my Grandpa. You are so admirable in so many ways and thank you for being a constant role model for me in every capacity possible. I´m so happy that you and Dad are together again. I love you Grandpa and thank you for the role you played in shaping me into the human I am today. I wish people lived forever

Uncle, you are missed already by so many people. Thank you so much for filling in and being the uncle and dad who instilled hard work into me, taught me sports, and made me laugh. Heaven gained an amazing soul. Until we meet again, P.S. please hug my mom for me. William Allen
