Dear Kim and Colin, I was so sorry to hear of Roger´s passing. It was truly a pleasure to meet you both as well as the rest of your family. But mostly, thank you for allowing me to care for Roger in his final weeks. I will be thinking of you all today and for days to come. Take care of each other.
