Loving husband of Pat, much loved dad of Amanda , father in law of Stuart and a devoted grandad of Lia.
The Funeral Service will take place on Monday 26th March 2018 at
Amber Valley Crematorium at Swanwick at 4pm.
Family flowers only please, however donations in lieu will be gratefully received for Dementia UK.
