Roger McLain

I knew Roger in college as he and I were part of a social group, and he eventually married Jan who was part of the group and who had previously been my girlfriend. Roger and I had a brief contact in 2011 following the event of 9/11. I've always felt that Roger and Jan's marriage was meant to be as Roger had many interests, was very social and outgoing, and possessed great personality and character traits. I'm not surprised that they bore three wonderful children which pleases me as I always knew that Roger would be a great dad in my estimation. I'm very sad to hear of his passing and had contemplated catching up with Roger and Jan this August (2024) to see how they were doing. I hope for the best for Jan and their children. Jan I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved Roger. Your marriage and love story was beautiful to witness. I have fond memories of Roger´s kindness and intellect. It's hard to believe he is gone, but truly not forgotten. I remember him always being so kind and quiet. You two were quite the pair Jan. How blessed you both were to have found each other.
