In memory of
Amory Jewett
December 27, 2017
Roger befriended me early on when I became a Western Theological Seminary intern at Trinity Reformed Church. We met for coffee a couple of times and chatted. He was a good friend and encourager. I do miss him. It's a comfort to know that now he's with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I shall continue to pray for his wife, Judy, and their daughters and grandkids. "We belong body and soul, in life and in death, to our faithful Saviour Jesus Christ." ---The Heidelberg Catechism

Dear Judy and Family, I was in band with Roger at Holland High and had good memories of those years. We would run into each other over the years and it was always good to catch up with each other. He was a good friend. We are so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Dave and Helen VanKampen

Judy and family, Our sincere condolences on the passing of Roger. Roger is remembered for being such a willing worker in the schools, always ready to pitch in. We especially enjoyed meeting you both in a restaurant or store and seeing Roger's instant and warm smile. He was a really Good man and loved by so many. May you receive the comfort of God in the days ahead and may His Spirit be with you always.

Roger was a dear friend and neighbor. If we had a question about how to fix something, we knew we could go across the street to ask Roger. He was very knowledgeable about repairing anything. He would stop whatever he was doing at the time and offer his help. Roger was a compasionate and caring person.
We will miss waving and talking to him when we saw him outside.
