I was a nurse at GAMC and had the privilege to work with Roger and also was treated by his physical therapy. He was such a fine example of what a caring professional should be. He was one of the kindest, most gentle persons I have ever known. He treated each of his patients with the utmost respect. He has earned his peace.Thank you.The Ragland family for sharing him with the rest of us. Thoughts and Prayers for you at your time of great loss janice smith

I worked with Roger back in the 70's at the VA. He was so pleasant and so much fun to work with. One snowy day he picked me and my daughter up at our home and took her to the babysitter and me to work. He got stuck in the sitters driveway and we were both late to work! I've never forgot his kindness.
