In loving memory of a truly great person.I have many memories of summers up in Brownville and going camping with uncle Roland and family. My love for the outdoors comes from My time spent there with Him. He has touched and will be missed by many.

Roland, aka Uncle Roni, was probably the most influential person in my life. I remember so many good times and he was always a guiding light in tough times. Even though there was a great distance between us, there were not many days he wasn't on my mind or in my thoughts. Although we haven't made it to Brownville a lot recently you are all close at heart.

So sorry about Roland. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I am so glad I was able to get to Maine not too long ago and spend some time with Uncle Roland. I will always remember his smile and laugh, times at the lake, and cocktails in the shed. He was so special and will forever be carried in people's hearts and memories.

Derek and I are so very sorry to see Papa Stubbs go but we know that he is in heaven watching over us. As one of his Great Grandchildren said the other day; "See those stars up there Mommy, those are Papa watching over us." So when you look up at those stars twinkling over you throughout the upcoming Holidays know that the brightest one is the best Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Sibling, Cousin and Friend any person could ask for and only the heavens are big enough to hold all the love that he had to give and will continue to give as we take comfort in all of our fond memories and all that he taught us.

We are sending our prayers and love to all who knew and loved Roland, he was truly a very special person.

We were so sorry to read in the BDN today, about Roland's passing. May his memories help to heal and fill the emptyness he leaves. Roland was such a great guy. He always had a smile and wave when he saw you. Marty enjoy all the coffee times with him and he was one of the first close friends Marty has had in a long time.
