Roland John Tierney

I remember Roland well from back at the Behrman Gyn......If I'm not mistaken, he even was a referee for one of our Batam football games back when I was 10 or 11. He always had a nice demeanor and in my book, one helluva great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with Roland and his family........Dan Tingstrom

Roland was a wonderful friend and great co-worker. I enjoyed countless conversations and lots of good times with him. I will miss him and never forget him.

Billy and I met Roland about 20 years ago. At first conversing we realized that he knew everyone in our Algiers family. He was a living history book and we enjoyed every story that he shared.
We loved visiting with Gayle and Roland and were happy to spend time with them shortly before his passing. Rest in peace Roland

I remember Roland from the Behrman Gyn. he refereed some of my bantam football games with VCYAC. What a guy! I could hardly add anything to all of the kudos he got in his obituary!
