Roland Trevino age 67 of White Lake, Michigan passed away on February 1, 2025 after a long battle with chronic health problems. He was born on January 5, 1958 in Pontiac, Michigan to Arnulfo (Arnold) and Margaret (Peggy) Trevino. He is survived by his loving wife Bobbie (nee Brown) of 47 years. His children Dr. Mandy (Daniel) Trevino Seddon, Roland (Gina) Trevino, Alejandro (Barbara) Trevino, Joshua (Stacie) Trevino, and Anthony Trevino. His grandchildren Sean and Samantha Seddon; Monica, Aleah, and Audrey Trevino; Alexander and Marissa Trevino; Joshua Trevino Jr. His great grandchildren Bentley, Jenavieve, Emilia, and Lainey. His step-grandchildren Franky, Ashley, and Grace.

Brother of Elizabeth Trevino, Ninfa Trevino, Sofia Rosario, Gerald Trevino, Steven Trevino, and Mary Catherine Michaelis. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Arnold Trevino, his sister Patricia Darga, and nephew Angelo Romero.

He enjoyed going Up North, camping, going to Las Vegas, spending time with family and family functions. He most loved having fun with and making his grandchildren and great grandchildren happy.

He worked for General Motors for 45 years, serving in many rolls. He started in Production and progressed to Skilled Trades. He was a Grinder, Shaper Hand, Machinist, Tool and Die Machinist, and then he became a Tool Maker-to team lead Tool Maker. He then served as a Committeeman and then a District Shop Committeeman for approximately 20 years at various plants in Pontiac, Michigan. He was a member of UAW Local 653. In addition to his service to General Motors, he was also an Electrician and a Mechanic. During the economic downturn and lay offs in the 80s and early 90s he owned and ran his own businesses, Trevino's Ice Cream Service, Trevino's Autobody and Reconditioning, and Trevino's Towing and Hauling. He also through the General Motor's job bank program in the early 90s worked and also volunteered many hours to The Food Bank of Oakland County where he ran the warehouse.

His favorite position was as a District Shop Committeeman. He enjoyed problem solving, more importantly, he enjoyed helping, and serving his fellow UAW members.

Roland Trevino was a family man, he did many things in his life, and helped many people. He will be greatly missed.

Sending healing prayers and comfort to the entire Trevino family. Roland was a good humble, pleasant gentleman always offering good advice. As your GM family, we are here for you. My Uncle did so many good things for all of us loved ones, he was a great man and I'll never forget a thing about him, I love his family very much, his boys had been my brother's growing up. I love you Uncle Roland.
