Ron Sexton was a stand-up comedian, radio personality, and regular performer on The Bob & Tom Show. Fans also knew him as Donnie Baker, a show character who told stories about the boat he perpetually had for sale.

Donnie Baker was the only reason I would watch the Bob & Tom Show. Ron was truly a massage of his craft and he brought laughter and joy to the masses. To this day I still watch video clips of his call ins to Bob & Tom. Rest in peace good sir the world misses you!

My husband and I would listen to him on our phones.. Donnie Baker and the pork pistols. Shut up Randy. We would our butt's off. He was a funny guy. Our condolences to Ron's family.

Donnie Baker brought much happiness to my whole family. Saw him live in Black Mountain, North Carolina not long before his passing. The man was a legend. RIP Mr. Sexton.

I used to message him on Facebook asking if he could swing by and pick me up to take a road trip to hangout with Kid Rock #Bucketlist .

B&T Show and Donnie Baker have been a part of my life for years and years. We had the pleasure of seeing Donnie Baker aka Ron Sexton, three times prior. We were at The Dayton Funnybone on that Friday night with friends looking forward to another fun evening with Donnie.
The world of comedy has lost a great one! Donnie and Floyd and Kenny will be sorely missed.

To his family, fans, and friends,
There is no words that will he make things right but know keep him in your heart and know that one day that you will all see him again someday.
I never got to meet him but sure loved his comedic genius on the Bob and Tom Show. He always made my rides to work enjoyable.

Sure will miss his characterizations. DB, KT, and F the T are my favorite B&T Show characters. He was so versatile. I work at an airport fueling the big jets at CVG, so Ken Tarmac was an instant hit for me. Such a loss and so young. I hope he didn´t suffer and went peacefully in his comic sleep.
Travel well and rest easy Shooter, you will be missed.

I met Ron at One Liners in Greenwood Indiana when he first started. Great talent. I saw him years later at the Strand in Shelbyville Indiana. I had him sign my T Shirt I bought at One Liners. In this turbulent world of so much anger and violence, Ron was always there to put a smile on your face and so many truly laugh out loud moments. It´s hard to process my upcoming days without the Donnie phone calls that helped so many of us begin a work day - where we didn´t want to be, but where we immediately had something to share with others and laugh again. His talent and giving of his time were one of a kind. God bless his family in their healing from this incredible loss.
