Ron is my cousin. My mother-Leona (Carl) Geary was the sister of Ron's father-Lawrence Carl. I remember Ron living with our family on the farm when I was very young. Didn't know why-just that he lived there for a period of time. He was a special person from his childhood all the way thru life. If ever there was a person who you could understand their going bad it would be Ron with the childhood that was thrust on him but Ron rose above that childhood and became the magnificent man that he became. I told Ron one time on a visit with him that of all the people on earth Ron ranked right at the top in terms of people that I admired. His death still causes me actual pain. I know that I didn't get home to see him nearly enough. He and Mitzi were amongst the best of people. I wish them further life and happiness and I wish all who loved them a reunion some day. Love you Ronnie and Mitzi.

I know he knows how important and how loved he was. He was one of the greatest parts of our family and we will miss him so... especially his amazing sense of humor.
