I know how hard these anniversary dates can be, because they are a reminder of his loss, and not the beautiful life you shared. Hold your memories tight and know that he carried that love with him, as he left his with you.

Ron will always hold a special place in my memories. We shared life through church, family get togethers, softball, golf and one-on-one friendship. Love you friend - see you again when time here is up!

I met Ron at LMCO. I had the pleasure of working side by side w Ron in the factory. We both enjoyed managing a team. He always had my back and everyone else´s best interest at heart. Ron cared about people and the mission. I got to know Ron at a personal level and our working relationship developed into a friendship. I admired Ron for the passion that he had about life in general. He was a stand up guy that LOVED his family. He so looked forward to the family trips, especially the ones that included Disney. He confided in me as he was planning his retirement. Like all of us, that decision was not rushed into. Ron had so much he looked forward to doing post his LMCO career. He always told me, you´ll know when it´s time. I am so sorry his retirement was cut short. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Ron will be missed. I certainly am thankful for knowing him.

Seldom have I had a friend (brother in Christ) like Ron Delgado. From our times together on the Parkway Softball Team, to the occasional round of golf, to the parties at his home, to the visits when he was sick - we always shared a kindred spirit! I will miss you friend but I look forward to being with you again! I am honored to have known you and watched you live life in this world!

Ron was a great co-worker. I worked with him off and on for a few years. Ron prided himself in his work and it showed. He will be truly missed, but glad he can be at peace with the Lord.

Ron and I were softball umpires and worked many games together. I first met him in the fall of 2011 at a softball tournament in Disney. I had just moved to Florida, and I had not met many people. We worked the weekend, he then invited me to join his group at the Oviedo Sports Complex, I worked at that location with him and his group of umpires for the next 10 years. He went out of his way to make me welcome to the area and we went on to work extensively together at other area complexes. In 2019 he started umpiring High School Fast, progressed rapidly and I had the pleasure of working with him for 3 post season assignments. I enjoyed his approach to working games and we made a good partnership. We both believed that we were only as good as the people we worked with, and I learned from him the value of creating and promoting teamwork.
I am blessed that I had the chance to meet and work with him. I am honored I had the opportunity of calling him a friend.

My condolences to family and friends of Ronald Delgado. My most memorable moment of him is when on Mothers Day on Sunday morning he bought all the mothers roses in the Italian Pavelian. We were all overwhelmed by his thoughtfulness. May his soul rest in peace.

I met Ron at Martin Marietta back in the early days and was friends with him throughout our adventures at the bomb factory. I knew him when the car accident that took his best friends changed his life. Ron was a solid example of how one should live their life. He carried himself proudly and expressed his love for his family often. He will be sorely missed. The Big C takes another before their time yet again. But l can only imagine the joy he must be experiencing being with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
