My heart breaks for the lose of this wonderful, kind man who through his obvious pain made others pain better. He chose to endure though his struggles to make others find happiness and contentment in their lives! My thoughts, tears , and prayers go to his wonderful family. LeeAnn. Friend and patient

As a student in the Social and Health Services program at Roger William University, Dr. Mancini was my first professor. He taught Counseling, Theory and Skill. His enthusiasm, knowledge and love of teaching, encouraged me to pursuit my aspirations as a clinician. His legacy will live on through students such as me, who have applied components of what I learned from him, in my day to day profession. I am grateful to have known him. My deepest and sincerest condolences go out to his family and friends. As an educator, and a person who care so deeply about people who struggle with Mental Illness, he will be greatly missed.
GOD bless.

I met Ron when he was a Professor at RWU 36 years ago when I was a student there. He was a wonderful professor, and although this testament of admiration could conceivably come from just about anyone who knew him and whose lives he touched, I feel the need to express what others already know. He was a brilliant man who set very high standards for just about everything he did and that included helping countless others find their way through difficult tiimes. He was the vanguard of his profession and will be greatly missed. Thank you Ron for all the help you gave to my family and so many others. You will always be in my prayers.

My condolences to Ron's family. I knew Ron at BHS, and also was on the faculty with him in the Social & Health Services department at Roger Williams University. I can testify to much of the reflections offered in the obituary. It is a loss.

Laurin, it's Susan (owner of Blue Wave), it's been a long time! I'm so sorry to hear about Ronny!! What a GREAT man, so fun, full of life and love for you! I will always remember how much he cared and loved you, so glad you had so many years together. I remember going to your home in Bristol for dinner, drinks and fun! He was such a funny and brilliant man.
If you need me, I'm here for you. Love to you and your family and all who knew and loved him, he will be missed by so many. Be strong and keep all of your wonderful memories of your life with him close to your heart, it will help.

RON was one of my most esteemed and valued colleagues during my practice in Rhode Island. He was talented, dedicated, highly competent, most kind, and helpful to me and many others in our work. He will be missed

Ron was one of my first and best students at Roger Williams University. I was privileged to have known him as his teacher, and as the director of a program in which he taught for many years, and as someone who knew many of his clients, and as his friend. His colleagues and clients revered him as a professional and as a friend. I admired him on so many levels; he will be missed and never forgotten.
My condolences to his family.
