Ronald Mertens Obituary
Ron was predeceased in death by his loving wife of 36 years, Trudy LaCombe Mertens, son Christopher White, his parents Fabian (Demp) & Ruth Mertens, and his beloved fury friend Little Bit.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Rachel Pippen (Joshua), his son Justin White (Keely), grandchildren Christian Mott, Joshua Pippen Jr, Coby Pippen, Hannah Pippen, Zachary White, Brianna White, Alyssa White, 2 great-grandchildren Gracie and Adalida and one more on the way. Also, his brother, Richard Mertens (Janet) and his sister Karen Strange (Kenneth) and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on May 24, 2025 at 10AM at St. Martin's Catholic Church 1815 St. Martin St, Lecompte, la 71346. There will be lunch after the memorial for visitation and sharing of Ronald's memory.
