Ron was one of many Nitsche cousins I’ve unfortunately never met, and I feel a loss in that. He sounds like a wonderful man and I send my heartfelt condolences to family and friends with wishes that all are filled with the peace of loving memories.

The Rose Beyond the Wall By A.L. Frink
Near a shady wall a rose once grew,
Budded and blossomed in God's free light,
Watered and fed by the morning dew,
Shedding its sweetness day and night.

As it grew and blossomed fair and tall,
Slowly rising to loftier height,
It came to a crevice in the wall
Through which there shone a beam of light.

Onward it crept with added strength
With never a thought of fear or pride,
It followed the light through the crevice's length
And unfolded itself on the other side.

The light, the dew, the broadening view
Were found the same as they were before,
And it lost itself in beauties new,
Breathing its fragrance more and more.

Shall claim of death cause us to grieve
And make our courage faint and fall?
Nay! Let us faith and hope receive--
The rose still grows beyond the wall,

Scattering fragrance far and wide
Just as it did in days of yore,
Just as it did on the other side,
Just as it will forevermore.

Dear Sandy and Amber,

I am so sorry. There will not be a day that goes by that we will not all think fondly of your father, of the good times we all shared in the past.
I know that there was nothing he was more proud of than the two of you. And rightly so. As parents, there is nothing more rewarding than knowing that our legacy lives on in our children. Ron was a lucky man to have the two of you and share in the many joys that having the two of you brought him.
I loved your dad. I love you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To My Brother,
You were the sunshine of Mom & Dad being the only boy among 3 girls. After Dad passed, you were always there for us when we needed you. You were proud to serve your country and a good Father and a very proud Grandfather. The struggle is over and you are resting in peace with Daddy & our sister, Linda, now. I will miss you my Little Brother. God Bless & keep you close to him. I Love You, Babs

Ron was the only cousin who could tease me about my nickname that his dad gave me when I was little. I'll always remember our good times growing up and kidding each other. May you rest in peace forever. . (Mary Jane) Tonkiesa.
