IN LOVING MEMORY OF RONALD HEAN SOON ONG 1944-2010 Passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 8, 2010, at the age of sixty-six, after a brave battle against cancer. He is survived by his beloved wife May, daughter Debbie (Ron Shin), son Adrien (Maryann Feliciano), five grandchildren Hana, Sara, Daniel, Simon and Matthew, father Ong Ewe Hock, three brothers Hean Kheng, Hean Guan (Poh Lee) and Jerry (Michele), as well as many other relatives and friends. Ronald was a man with a warm, loving and generous heart, who enjoyed life to its fullest and who totally believed and abided by the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in both his personal life and work in the international Shipping and Oil Exploration arenas. He loved God intensely and faithfully and was happiest serving the Lord in various ministries, particularly in the marketplace ministry, where he held the position of Vice-President of ICCC Canada (International Christian Chamber of Commerce) up to 2005. His gentle and kind presence and influence will be greatly missed. The family will receive condolences on Thursday, May 20, from 7 to 10 p.m., on Friday, May 21, from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 10 p.m. at: Rideau Funeral Home 4275 Sources Boulevard Dollard-des-Ormeaux 514-685-3344 [email protected] Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 22 at 11 a.m. at Roxboro United Church, 116 rue Cartier (Corner Sources) in Roxboro, followed by cremation, blessing and reception at Rideau. Burial will be held privately at a later date. Grateful thanks are extended to the doctors and nurses in the Oncology, Urology, Radiation and Palliative Care Departments of The Royal Victoria Hospital of Montreal, as well as the nurses of the Oncology Day Clinic, who cared for him with love and friendship.

My dear and beloved May and family,

I am truly saddened by Ron's death. Ron was more than just a friend; He was an amazing and godly person. He was always so kind and considerate and always had a smile on His face. His passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew him. Ron's memory will always remain deep within my heart.
