Ron and his siblings were my in-laws during my early years. I have many fond memories of them growing up, and attending parties next door at Bonnie (and Rich)'s house.

But Ron's position as a senior LEO and his wisdom guided me on a path that I'm forever thankful for. My life took a different, and better positive course listening to Ron's words. He was part of some great childhood and teenage memories, and I miss them all.

Jane and family, I was a friend of Ron´s and was shocked to hear about his passing. I met Ron for the first time, while we both worked on the Mt. Prospect Police Department. I discovered we both lived in Mt. Prospect, during our youth. We went to school just one year apart. Ron at Prospect HS while I was at St. Viator´s HS in Arlington Heights. Ron was just one year younger than me. My best memories, you will not be shocked to know, and might even guess, are those of the times we spent on the golf course. He was the better golfer, I´m not ashamed to admit.
Jane, you and your girls will be in my prayers, as you continue morning your sudden loss. Ron will be missed by many!
