The years of knowing this fine man, Ron Riggi, began in high school at Draper. He was a scholar athlete who played hard and studied hard. Ron was kindhearted and respectful to his classmates and teachers. He and his brother Vince were inseparable. His fine traits remained with him throughout his adult life. Family was important to Ron and they now have wonderful memories of his life with him as a husband, father, and brother.
Ron’s passing was very sad. The last I saw Ron was at our 50th Draper class reunion which he and Vince and Michele generously hosted. We were one of several recipients of their kindness.
May Ron now Rest In Peace and continue in our memories as the wonderful man he was.

Dear Michele & Family,
Our deepest sympathy to you on Ron’s passing. The wonderful words about his life showed what a loving husband, father and Saratogian he was. He truly embraced life and gave back so much. Michele, I hope that surrounding yourself with family and dear friends at this time will give you some comfort, we are so sorry.

To the Family of Ron Riggi,
Having spent many years at Draper with Ron and Vince, I was saddened to learn of Ron's passing.
He wrote in my yearbook:
"Too bad you are not going to college, but marriage isn't such a bad thing is it?
We both discovered that he was so right!
Cherish all those wonderful memories and remember that love never ends.
With sincere sympathy to you, Vince, and all the family and praying that you will feel God's presence as you go through this very difficult time.
With memories and love,
Sharlene Albert Mann

I just read the news if Ron´s passing. I know i haven´t seen you in many years but those years that we were close are treasures that I can never forget. Ron was a truly wonderful man and made me try harder to be as good as he was. I honestly cannot wrap my head around his passing as he was always bigger than life. The legacy that he has left can never be forgotten and never be replaced by anyone. I go to the gym at the Y in Saratoga and as I enter that weight i look up at the dedication sign and smile thinking of you and Ron and how much you gave to this city. You are wonderful, special people and will always be loved. My deepest and most sincere condolences to you and your beautiful family. If you need anything, please let me know. Love to you all. Pete

Dear Michele,
I am so sorry to read that the Boss has passed on. His generous heart must have felt all of your love as he passed from this life to the next. Sending sincere condolences and wrapping you in prayer. I’ve known Ron, Michele and their children for over 30 years. While we join the family in the comfort that he’s no longer in pain, Ron was a big spirit and his absence will be felt by his family for sure, but also his friends for a long time to come. He was a force that seemed like he would always be. Like so many, the Riggi’s have always treated me like family, seemingly endless acceptance of who you are and, like other successful people I’ve known, Ron could see through the masks and veils most, sometimes put on. His observations were keen and I’ll remember a few personal ones for years to come. Michele, Rochele, Vince, Chris and your families . I’m so very sorry and sad. It was a privilege to have known your husband and father.

I was shocked to see this and at a loss for words. Ron was a wonderful friend, neighbor and someone you could always go to. Ron and I grew up in Rotterdam, New York just a street away from each other. I am so saddened for Ron's family and especially his twin, Vincent. God bless you Ron and you are finally at peace. Say hello to my husband, Larry for me.
