SHURB, Ronald Walter
(Lt Col, Combat Engineer, Ret'd).
Died peacefully on November 19 at the age of 79, after a courageous battle. He will sadly be missed by his loving wife of 49 years Bernice, loving father to Corinne and Darryl (Teri), and grandfather to Owen and Carson. A celebration of Ronald's life will be held at Annunciation of the Lord on Friday, November 27 at 11 a.m., 2414 Ogilvie Rd. followed by a gathering of family and friends in the Parish hall. A full military honour burial will follow at the Military Cemetery of Beechwood Cemetery at 2 p.m. The family requests no flowers, just your love and support. If you would like, sympathy donations can be made to Heart or Kidney Foundations.

Ron's family,
Please accept my sincere condolences and regrets on Ron's passing. I had the opportunity to work closely with Ron on a number of projects at CSE. Also, always a pleasure to run into Ron at Hylands! He will be missed!
