Just a great guy, dentist and joke teller!!

Hard to believe Dr Thouvenot has been
gone for all these years! He was a fine man and well respected dentist. He left behind a beautiful family and loving wife. Prayers of healing for all of them. May you’re memories of all the good and fun times help you mark this day. God bless you all!

Hard to believe that many years have passed since Ron walked this earth! He was a fine neighbor and steward of the land as his wife continues to be! His legacy lives on through his wonderful family. He was a pleasure to know. Blessings msg to Jean and family.

Dr. Thouvenot was not only a great dentist, but a caring and funny as heck guy!!
He always told a hilarious joke.....while my mouth was full of cotton....never forget those days!!! And his faithful assistant Jean!!!

So very sorry to hear of Ron's passing. He was one of a kind, always had a joke and always made me laugh. He was so supportive after my husband John died and would tell me of their times together years ago, again he made me laugh.

Dear Mrs. Thouvenot,
I was a former patient of your husband's. I always tell the story of how 37 years ago, I was 8 months pregnant and had an abscessed tooth. Dr. Thouvenot said that if I had any problems with it to call him at home. Of course, you can guess what happened. I was in terrible pain and had to call. It wasn't until later that I found out that he was celebrating his own birthday with his family and he met me at the office to help with my problem. What a kind and generous person. We are so sorry for your loss.

I am so very sorry to hear of Ron's passing. Your wonderful husband will always be remembered as a man with a smile on his face and a bounce in his step.

Jean and Family, We were very shocked coming home from Church to see Ron's name on the Marquee at Schildknect's. I will miss his jokes and his company. We both hope you all will find peace in knowomg he is over the pain and suffering. If you need anything please give us a call.

Dear Jean and family, We are so sad to hear of Ron's death. We are on vacation and our sister-in-law called and told us. We will unfortunately still be gone for the funeral too. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this time of loss. We spoke to Ron not long ago and he was always so informed and ready to talk. i'm so sorry to hear of your loss. you and your husband were two of my favorite guests at paulos' at the mansion. not only did i enjoy the conversations we shared, but having worked with jeff at meyer honda for all those years , made me feel as if we shared a special bond in missing him. the both of you always exemplified grace and courage-true role models for people facing sadness and moving on with dignity. god bless you and your family in this sorrowful time. i apologize for the lack of proper capitalization in this correspondence-my shift/caps lock keys aren't working. i didn't want you to think that i was being careless or sloppy in my regards. much love, cynthia

Thank you, Jean, for emailing us about Ron's death. We were so sorry to hear about your loss. We will always remember him for his jokes, friendship, and most of all that he was the only dentist in his building that would see Vince that day Vince need a dentist!....and he knocked on a lot of doors. Regardless of who we now go to he will always be remembered as "our dentist". Your whole family has our deepest sympathy. He will be missed!
