Ronald Warren TROY -- Ronald Eugene "Scrap Iron" Warren, Sr., 76, Troy, husband of Rose Marie Allen Warren, died Saturday, October 25, 2014 at his home. Born in White Oak, GA, he was a son of the late William M. Warren and Lucille Davis Warren. Ronald was a U.S. Navy Veteran, retired from CSX, and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and a man of all trades. Surviving are his wife of the home; four children, Ronald Warren Jr. of Greenwood, Kenneth Warren (Marissa) of Troy, Kayla Warren of the home, and Ronald Warren, III (Kendall) of Greenwood; three brothers, Harry Warren (Carol) of Georgia, Lucus Warren (Jean) of Yulee, FL, Andy Warren (Carolyn) of Jacksonville, FL; eleven grandchildren, Savannah Shirley, Christina Warren, Carmen Warren, Kenneth Warren, Jr., Mason Warren, Jamie Tijerina, Audrey Grant, and Daniel O'Quinn; and a great-grandchild, Haylee Tijerina. He was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Warren. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Smyth officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation; 5005 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75244.
