Ronald Lee Williams, 77, of Gettysburg, PA, passed away peacefully at The Gardens at Gettysburg surrounded by his loving family on April 12, 2024. He was the loving husband of Donna Williams (Drawbaugh) for 43 years. Born February 21, 1947, in Reisterstown, MD, he was the devoted son of the late Lee Lester and Harriet (Knight) Williams.

Ron was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served in the Vietnam War. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. He loved fixing up old cars, fishing, and listening to classic country music. He was a member of American Legion Post 202 in Gettysburg.

In addition to his wife, Ron is survived by his daughter; Jennifer Gastley and husband Chad. Step-daughter; Wendy Garvin and husband Bill. Step-son; Scott Davis and wife Stephanie. Granddaughter; Sophia Gastley. Grandsons; Noah Cain, Ryan Cain and wife Amy, Tyler Davis, and Brandon Davis. Aunt Martha, and many cousins.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Bobby Williams.

A graveside inurnment service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 11 am at Deer Park Cemetery, 6107 Deer Park Road, Reisterstown, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Adams County SPCA (www.adamscountyspca.org) Arrangements are with Brandenburg & Stein Funeral Parlor, 3045 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg, PA.
