Ronnelle Rocks Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on May 19, 2025.
Ronnelle Ann Rocks, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully in Mesa, AZ, on April 30th, 2025 at the age of 74. She was with her loving family by her side. Cremation has taken place, and committal services will be announced. Roni would love for her friends and family to take a few minutes to listen to one of her favorites, "There's No Gettin' Over Me" by Ronnie Milsap.

Roni was born on April 16th, 1951, in Beach, ND, and raised in the small town of Wibaux, MT. After high school, Roni moved to Billings, MT, and attended Eastern Montana College studying Business. Roni met Randy in Helena, MT, and they were married in Roni's hometown of Wibaux, MT, on July 7, 1973.

In 1978, they moved to Billings, MT, to raise their two daughters and start their careers. Roni started as a teller at Northwest Bank and retired 20 years later as a loan processer at Wells Fargo Bank. She always had a passion and creativity for scrapbooking. She always documented special moments through her journaling and photos. Upon retirement, they moved to Mesquite, NV to be with family.

Roni is survived by her daughters, Alysha Rocks Ordoyne and Rhea (Grant) Thayer; grandchildren, Nyla and Nicholas Ordoyne; sister, Landy Petrie; brother, Don Jones; and mother-in-law, Marlene Rocks.

Roni was preceded in death by her husband, Randall Rocks (May 2021), her brother, Allen Jones (2001), Father-in-Law, Don Rocks (2016), her parents, Ronald and Evelyn Jones (1990/1998), and her fur baby Zeeta (2021).
